Prynt Allows You Print Photos On-The-Go

Prynt

No more delays in getting your photos printed out to hard copy as Prynt allows you to print photos on the spot, straight from your phone, instantly.

Co-Founders Clément Perrot and David Zhang came up with the idea back in June 2014 in Paris, while the two were in college. They’ve now grown to become a team of 20, based in San Francisco who have brought this innovative idea to life.
This is the world’s first smartphone case with a built in photo printer. It’s a pretty simple process to get things going. As you put the case on the smartphone, the phone plugs into the case. With the app downloaded and ready to go, you can snap your photos and begin printing instantly.
The portable and lightweight case has its own battery, and doesn’t require Wi-Fi or Bluetooth pairing, so you can print anywhere at any time. This is a perfect gadget to have with you when you travel, sight-see, or when you’re on the go.The printing process is inkless. Instead, Prynt uses ZINK technology which helps retain vibrancy, and prevents against smudging and tearing, giving you long-lasting photos. This method also saves you from dealing with ink or cartridges and you don’t have to ‘shake it like a Polaroid picture’.
Not to worry if you lose the printed photo. With each photo taken, the Prynt app records a video of the image and stores it in the cloud, so you’ll always have a copy of it. With your phone, you can scan the print out copy and a video will pop up on your device. The video acts like a boomerang or short video that accompanies the snapshot.
The Prynt app also lets you add filters and text to your photos, so you can edit and review prior to printing.
Prynt was previously a campaign on Kickstarter, where over 9,000 backers pledged over $1.5M to help fund the project.
The Prynt Case currently supports iPhone 6s/6s Plus, iPhone 6/6 Plus, iPhone 5/5s and Samsung Galaxy S5. For more info check out their website.
